LGI Supplements is the company behind a bunch of different supplements. Damage Control, Fully Loaded, SecretABridge, Boosted, Rehab, N-Pept 10, and the pre workout supplement called Fully Loaded Amplified Energy which is the one I will cover in this review.
LGI Supplements info
One thing that comes to mind here is that they seemingly have been big on prohormones when that was the thing. These products have been discontinued, but its still worth taking into consideration (that the company, in the past, have developed and sold potentially dangerous supplements). With that being said, their line of supplements today looks good (based on a quick glance at their product line). I cannot seem to find any LGI website – Not that it’s a requirement to have, in order to create and sell supplements; it’s just usually the case. It might be out there, but it’s not on the first page of Google when searching for LGI Supplements. Because of this, I cant share more info about the company. So lets move on the the supplement, Fully Loaded Amplified Energy.
Claims about LGI Fully Loaded Amplified Energy Edition
LGI states that you will not find another preworkout on the market that stands next to Fully Loaded. LGI has stacked the best pump ingredients known, with the strongest cognitive focus ingredient there is. Fully Loaded AMPlified is the only preworkout in the world with N-Phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine Ethyl Ester for the most focus possible during workouts.

The Common Stuff
That is a pretty massive list of ingridients. Lets see whats commonly used in PWO’s here. Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Magnesium and Sodium shouldn’t be new to anyone here. The same goes for L-Citrulline Malate, Beta Alanine, Taurine, Glycerol Monostearate, Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine Hydrochloride, L-Tyrosine, Agmatine Sulfate, Caffeine, Glucuronolactone and Alpha-Glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha-GPC).
What Makes Fully Loaded Amplified Energy Stand out?
potassium is probably already part of your diet – or, hopefully it is. If you eat a healthy and normal diet you should get enough potassium naturally. Low potassium is associated with a risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, cancer, digestive disorders, and infertility. So yeah, in case you are low on this, you will get a dose of it from this supplement. But again, chances are you already get what need from your normal diet. So yeah, this is not what makes Fully Loaded Amplified Energy a powerful PWO, but I just havent seen it used in PWO’s before.
This is probably the stuff that truly makes Fully Loaded Amplified Energy such a powerful pre-workout supplement. I have highlighted the use of 2-Amino-4-methylpentane Citrate here on muscles.zone before in other supplements such as Redline White Heat and Noxipro. 2-Amino-4-methylpentane Citrate also goes by the name AMP Citrate, DMBA and 1,3-DimethylButylamine citrate. Its chemical structure is very similar to the popular DMAA (which is also known as 1,3 dimethylamylamine, methylhaxaneamine, 4-methyl-2-hexaneamine, 2-amino-4-methylhexane, geranium extract, Geranamine and geranium oil) substance that was used heavily in supplements in recent years (less so now though). Some people call this the new DMAA Light, explaining that it works similar to DMAA, just less potent. But a substance that’s less potent than a very potent substance, can naturally still be very effective. Considering that the chemical structure is similar to that of DMAA should also be a cause for concern, due to several reported incidents allegedly related to the use of DMAA. So yeah, it probably works by giving you a rush of energy, focus and what not, but it might come with a certain level of risk.
L-Norvaline was new to me. L-Norvaline is an analog of the branched chain amino acid, valine. It can be found in foods such as dairy, meat, grains, soy and peanuts. Since valine is an essential amino acid, L-Norvaline has to be obtained through your diet or via supplements, as the body cannot produce it. There is not a whole lot of data on L-Norvaline but from the looks of it, it it believed to enhance muscle strength, growth and endurance.
First time I highlighted this substance here on muscles.zone was in the review of Pumped Raw from Muscle Feast. Higenamine is a vasodilator with relatively little history of scientific research, Higenamine has been shown to give some improved caridovascular function and potentially increase lung capacity.
Alright this isnt new. The good old love drug is also referred to as PEA. Most people refer to it as the love drug, which is found in small amounts in chocolate. Generally it is extensively metabolized by monoamine-oxidase which is why some people use it alongside a Monoamine-Oxidase-Inhibitor (MAO-I) such as Hordenine as you then need a much lower dosage of PEA to feel the effects. PEA allegedly has nootropic and mood enhancing properties and is generally believed to enhance focus, concentration, mood. The reason it’s often referred to as the love drug is that the feeling people described from a dose of Phenylethylamine HCl resembles the release of chemicals seen when people fall in love. Phenethylamine, similar to amphetamine in its action, releases norepinephrine and dopamine. Because of this, there is a reason to be careful with this substance. Possible side effects from Phenylethylamine HCl usage includes anxiety, bruxism, and potential addiction and withdrawals (with continued use). Tolerance also seems to build quickly to this drug so it might be a good idea to reserve it for times when you really need a boost.
Pikatropin, or Pikamilon which is also known as nicotinoyl-GABA and pycamilon is a dietary supplement formed by combining niacin with GABA. Pikamilon promotes greater blood flow to the brain and reduces mental fatigue, and is often seen in nootropics. Its been used in a couple of other Pre workout supplements as well (Mr. Hyde for one). Picamilon is mainly used as a supplement for anxiety reduction, mood elevation, memory enhancement for boosting concentration ability. Based on the information I can find, people seem to agree that it has a low toxicity, and recommended dose should be be around 50 mg. and no more than 200 mg.
N-Phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine Ethyl Ester or Noopept, is another very popular nootropic substance. It is however, the first time I see this used in a pre workout supplement. It should supposedly be beneficial for increased intellect, concentration, energy and mood enhancement. The mechanisms of action are still not fully understood, but its believed to act similarly to other Racetams, more specifically Piracetam – just a lot stronger. Noopept was developed in Russia, and a is now used for a number of medical treatments and conditions; now it also seems to gain interest from the bodybuilding industry. 10 mg twice a day seems to be the recommended dose, where its generally believed to be safe and with no sideeffects.
Arecoline Hydrobromide (from Areca catechu Seed) is a natural alkaloid found in the betel nut of the Areca palm. This alkaloid causes smooth muscle contraction have been shown to improve learning abilities and memory and may prove to be useful in treating dementia.
Huperzia serrata Extract (std. min. 1% Huperzine A)(club moss); a well known nootropic that boosts acetylcholine levels through your blood-brain barrier. I have written about this substance here on muscles.zone before. Its the stuff that made Myokem’s Nitramine popular and there is a good reason for it. It will give you laser-like focus, but it naturally depends on the dosage. Im am not sure the dose here is quite enough, but it naturally adds to the overall effect you get from a serving of this PWO.
Flavors, jar size and price per serving
Fully Loaded Amplified Energy from LGI Supplements can be bought in with the following flavors; Peach Mango, Strawberry Limeade and Green Apple. The cheapest price I could find was at i-Supplements.com with a jar containing 30 servings for a total price of $29.99 meaning that the price per serving will come out at $1.
I cannot find Fully loaded on bodybuilding.com but its listed on supplementreviews with an overall score of 9.1 out of 10 making it rank no. 2 of 161 (better than 99%) in the Pre-Workout – Stimulant category.
Fully Loaded Amplified Energy has moved to the top of the list on supplementreviews rapidly and with good reason. It definitely comes with a solid mix of ingredients. I havent tested Fully Loaded but it is on my list of PWO’s to test in a near future. The mix is sould, the price is more than fair and people seem to love it.
If you have tested Fully Loaded, I would love to hear your thoughts on thie pre workout supplement.
